Delivery

Customs and Import Fees

Orders are shipped depending on your location from either Australia or Argentina. Custom fees can apply depending on the rules of your destination. The total of your order displayed on the Mishon Apparel checkout does not include any additional duties. We try our best when completing your dispatch to enter details that waiver the fees, however we cannot guarantee success, depending on the country you reside in. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required. Mishon has no control over customs and import tax and we cannot tell you how much you will be charged.

Domestic Delivery (Inside Australia & Argentina)

Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days after date of fulfillment. Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

Do You Ship To My County?

Mishon Apparel ships to most countries worldwide, however, if you are unsure, please contact us on info@mishonapparel.com.

Please check shipping rates at checkout as they vary depending on weight.

Do You Ship To PO Box's?

Mishon does deliver to PO Box's, but only on a standard service. However, parcels sent via a couriers service must be delivered to a residential address or place of work. If you are delivering to a place of work, please ensure the company name is provided with the delivery address.

International Delivery (Outside Australia & Argentina)

We have multiple international delivery options, our shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase depending on the weight of your order and where you are situated in the world.


International shipping delivery dates vary depending on the location. Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days. Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.

My Parcel Is Marked As Delivered But I Haven't Received it

If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. First check your front door area and with your surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Couriers may update the tracking prior to delivery so allow up to 24hrs before assuming your parcel is lost. if you still cannot find your order then contact our support team with your order details so we can investigate further for you.

*All lost parcel claims must be made within 12 days of the delivery date.

Something Missing From My Order

If you have received your order and there is an item missing it may be because the item was out of stock. In this case you will be notified via email about changes to your order. If you have not received an email but an item is still missing, please contact us immediately with the following information:

1) Order number

2) Missing item(s)

Our support team will resolve this matter as quickly as possible.


All missing claims must be made within 12 days of the deliver date of your order.

What If I Am Not Home For My Delivery?

If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, it may be left in a safe place which you will be notified by the courier. Some courier services offer re-delivery, or a pickup location, you must arrange with your courier your delivery options, they will notify you by the contact information your provided at time of checkout.

Orders

Does Mishon Sell Through Other Websites?

MISHON is exclusive to www.mishonapparel.com we do not sell through any other websites.

I Have Received A Faulty Item

Mishon prides ourselves on our quality, in the event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@mishonpparel.com with the following information:

1) your order number

2) which item is damaged

3) description and photographic evidence.


Once we do receive the above information our team will work quickly to amend this issue. Please do not return any damaged goods unless we have advised you to do so, doing this may result in a slower resolution time.All claims must be made within 12 days of delivery date. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our support team, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

I Have Received The Wrong Item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately at info@mishonapparel.com with the following information: 

1) Order number

2) Name of the item you did not receive, name of the item you received in it's place.


Once we've received the above information, our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.You may be required to return the incorrect item back to us, but a member of the customer support team will advise you if/how to return the item.

I Want To Change My Order

Mishon prides ourself on our quick dispatch, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change your address. Depending on the courier we have shipped your order with, you may be able to contact them and organise an address change.


We do our best to accommodate for our customers as much as we can, if you place an order and wish to make any amendments to the items you've purchased, please email us as soon as possible. Our team will change your order if we have not dispatched it already.

Payments, Promotions & Gift Cards*

Gift Cards

If you purchase a gift card through the website you will receive an email with your gift card information via the email that you provide upon checkout. Gift cards can only be used on our website (www.mishonapparel.com).


We do not currently offer a physical gift card.

How Can I Pay For My Order? *

You can pay for your order by using any of the following payment types at checkout.

Product Care

To ensure the longest life of your Mishon Apparel product, it is important to follow the proper care label instructions when washing or drying. Turn clothing inside out. This will protect the artwork. Follow further washing and drying Instructions.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted if items are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please submit an exchange request via email info@mishonapparel.com with an attached photo of the defective product. Do not allow more than 12 working days to submit this email.Any item not in its original condition, packaging, original tags, unworn and unwashed in exchanged process will not be accepted. 


PLEASE NOTE:You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for postage on any returns/exchanges unless it is in our error.If you are shipping an item over $50aud, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.


We are not able to accept returns for Mishon Apparel products not purchased directly through our website.All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Mishon Apparel. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

How Do I Initiate A Return?

If you change your mind or receive a defected/wrong item, please email us on info@mishonapparel.com and include the following information:

1. Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

2. Your name and address

3. A description of the item you are returning

4. Whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Once your request is approved we will ask you to return the item to the provided address.


Please note:Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Once you have been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refund Policy

Our policy runs for 12 days from your purchase.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, with the original tags and remain unworn and unwashed.


Any item not in its original condition, packaging, original tags, unworn and unwashed or for reasons not due to our error and is returned more than 12 days later will NOT be accepted.To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we're unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued. If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, contact us at info@mishonapparel.com

Please note: Mishon Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to wrongly provided address. Once your order is dispatched and leaves our office, you will receive an email providing tracking details.


Unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit we are not liable for. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
