Mishon Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to mistype or an invalid address, unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit under all circumstances. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages..

Our policy runs for 20 days from your purchase.
To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
Any item not in its original condition, packaging, original tags, unworn and unwashed or for reasons not due to our error and is returned more than 20 days later we will not ACCEPT.
To complete your Refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only Exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit a exchange request by sending us an email on: email@example.com

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
We are not able to accept returns for Mishon Apparel products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Mishon Apparel. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.
